1. Introduction
Welcome to Heil Technologies OBRT. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Payment Terms
Invoices: Upon completion of project milestones, we will issue an invoice for the work completed. Payment of invoices is due within days set on invoice. Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges at a rate of full amount of invoice per month on the outstanding balance.
3. Project Completion
We commit to completing the project work as detailed in the project agreement. Completed work is defined as the deliverables outlined in the project scope, meeting the quality and specifications agreed upon. Completion of work will be confirmed via a formal notification to the client.
4. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website or notification to you. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
5. Project Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time for any reason. In the event of cancellation by us, any payment made for work not completed will be refunded. Clients may also cancel the project at any stage. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia.
